Having always had a passion for property and the housing market, I am lucky to have a job which relates to this interest. I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing different life experiences and in my job I get this too. I started working in Estate Agency when many of my peers were getting out, in 2008. Leaning my role and working through this tough time gave me a great basis to learn how to perform through the tough times of the housing market, and gave me the tenacious drive to succeed, which is essential in our industry. My ambitions in life tend to revolve around my Family values, but my career goal is to be part of a highly successful local estate agent, providing great service to the local community while enjoying my family life in the same town and I certainly believe Lancasters gives me that platform.

My past 30 years experience working as an Account Manager / Account Director for a global Communications Company I sincerely believe has benefited me in working for Lancasters Estate Agents during the past 4 years. I decided to move into the property industry eight years ago and built my experience for the first few years in Lettings which proved a great foundation for moving into Sales. My drive and enthusiasm added to my genuine interest in property and passion to look after customers I know is valued by all in Lancasters and indeed our customer base. I live locally, married to Joanne with a 16 year old son Adam. In terms of my interests, family comes first and given the time I follow sport in general, theatre, arts.

I joined Lancasters in August 2016 having worked in lettings for nearly 9 years. I have lived in Banstead for over 30years, I have noticed the change in the Village and the property industry. Alongside my responsibilities within the lettings side of the business, I’ve recently taken over the role of dealing with the Post Sales. Day to day liaising with solicitors and other Estate Agents, but also making sure our clients are updated on the progress. Local Solicitors is a key for us and working on creating a good relationship with then, makes it easier for me to do my job. When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my family and close friends, take trips down the coast and enjoy life at its best.

I have lived in Banstead for 30 years and hold a lot of knowledge about the area and surrounding towns, and as a result I have built up some great relationships with local businesses and people. I feel privileged to of been given the opportunity to work in Lancasters with a team I see more as family than work colleagues who share my passion in estate agency. Having been through the moving process several times myself, I am very mindful of the perseverance, patience and sensitivity that must go in to a successful house purchase or sale. I feel it is my job here at Lancasters to ensure I deliver all of the above, putting myself back to the moving process that I experienced, giving all our clients individual move the time and respect it deserves.
